About Me

I offer a warm, confidential, safe space in which you are free to explore your thoughts and feelings.  Being able to talk in confidence to someone who will not judge you and who will help you to find your way forward can enable you to unravel tangled emotions.  In this way, you can examine your patterns and can choose how you move into the future.

In addition to offering private counselling, I have also worked in the NHS as a psychological therapist and currently work as a counsellor for a charity that works with people who have experienced trauma.

I am an accredited member of The National Counselling Society and a member of the BACP and work strictly within the boundaries of the organisation’s code of ethics.

I am based in a quiet location in the centre of Salisbury and see clients from Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. There is ample parking near to my consulting room.

The room is on the first floor and is reached by stairs.  For clients with mobility difficulties, we can arrange to meet in a more accessible place.
